Anyone who hasn't had REAL Ramen is missing out. The real stuff isn't dried and fried and packaged in cellophane. We have some good noodle shops here in Los Angeles. I personally <3 Koraku. Both their Little Tokyo and Sherman Oaks shops are awesome.
