Looks like poor Sasara Kusugawa cant stand up due to the weight of her oppai.
The oppai parts is called "Oppai Kakumei" or "Oppai Revolution" and costs 12,000 yen.
If you really want the parts then I think you need to get them at a show or from Yahoo Auction Japan.

The seller also had a box full of dolphins for owners who like their daughter futanari style...
