Mirai Gaia has been developed with priority being given to Firefox users. Now that the site is fairly stable, we can start giving priority to IE users - and I notice IE gaining quite a bit of ground since the release of IE8.

 title=

IE users can now actually sign up ^^; Figure.fm signup for IE users is fixed too. Figure.fm IE users wont be able to upload anything until mid next week.
You can now also go ahead and add your location and occupation which helps others to relate and connect with you.

Use this thread to post bugs that you may spot around any site running on Mirai Gaia. The link to this post will be available from the Categories pulldown from the main nav at the top of the page.

And here are the browser war stats for dannychoo.com at the moment but these stats include casual visitors from search engines.

If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

If you don't have much time now, maybe subscribe to the RSS Feed, Twitter Feed or join the other readers in the FaceBook Page.
Alternatively, you may want to read more about the site.
If you are a regular reader then this message will probably annoy you each time - hide it forever.

I think IE 8 was a good response from Microsoft, it fixed one of the main complaints it had the prior ones which was loading times which makes it more usable. Also, there are people that don't know there are more browsers out there and use the one that comes with the OS, in this case IE.

Good thing I'm switch to been a regular Firefox user ^0^; Lately I'm using more and more my Itouch. I keep up with RSS feeds through Google Reader by using Gmail App. One thing I would love is to comment from the feeds, which I'm not entirely sure if is possible. Just giving some ideas if the DC Iphone version is still in developing ^^

btw one specific bug I've noticed that's rather annoying is sometimes the "popular from same category" images overrun the first comment making it pretty hard to read the comment :\ Not sure but maybe it has to do with you not entering in the sizes for your images and IE not spacing things correctly as a result *shrugs*

The first time visitor screen keeps showing up for me, even when I'm just surfing the site.
For example: when I get to DC.com I get the first time visitor page and click current reader, funny thing is it shows me as logged in when I get on the usual main page. I click on one of the articles in the featured section on top, and after reading it I use my back button and it takes me to the first time visitor page.

I can, it just keeps going to that new visitor, current user page when I try to the top. then I enter and it shows the regular top layout. I think the cookie is just expiring or getting removed. Since it always happens after I try to go to the top page after reading an article.

Strange that, there isn't any Opera users. Or it's probably gets identified as Firefox 3.0.
Myself is a devoted Opera user for years. And as I noticed, there are quite a lot of bugs, popping out, especially with "continuous\scroll down" topics.

What's the point of having footer links, if your site's "Everything Page" keeps loading endlessly for contents?

Hey, I was just wondering what happened to your personal Facebook page. MIT's anime club has been trying to contact you, but it seems like you're a bit out of reach at the moment. ^^; What is the best method to contact you (for business-related inquiries) at this moment?

    Much thanks,
Mimi, on behalf of MIT Anime.

I think the FaceBook thing is screwing up that side of the page. When The page begins to load, I see the Tokyo live blogger panel, but then as the "Secret content", and the facebook panel load, it shoves the Live blogger panel off the page. Not sure if it's just me. I am using the latest version of Firefox for OSX (Power PC version if it helps).

Also, if this helps, I checked Safari and Camino, does the same thing.

Hi! Like BrianTheBear, I can't read the foot links because the autoload just keeps adding more content to the bottom of the page. And everytme I try to click on them they're pushed out of range by the new content. It's frustrating... u_u I think the side menu worked better in that matter.

    Greets!
