Introducing our new member of staff - Haruka Nogizaka.
Hmmm. She does not seem to wear much either even though its starting to get chilly here in Tokyo. She likes to sit in my chair.

 title=

OK, for those who have not guessed, Haruka is actually a Dakimakura cover - and not just any old cover - shes one that comes free in the latest issue of G's Festival!.

 title=

Well kind of free - the magazine and dakimakura pack will cost you 48 USD from JList.
Considering that average dakimakura covers cost about 100 USD, tis is a bargain.

 title=

And the quality is top notch too. Excellent print but one sided only which is enough I guess.

 title=

Mmmmmm. Kawaii. I'm sooo behind on my anime. Have not seen any of the second season yet.

 title=

This photo should give you an idea of how silky she is which is important for folks who plan on keeping their dolphin in tip top shape for the years to come.
As for the creases - they disappear after unfolding and hanging up outside the balcony.
Peter has a few left at Jlist.

 title=

This months Megami has the usual anime characters prodding their feet at you. Instock at JList for 14USD.

 title=

Dengeki Hime packed with the usual eroge news n screenshots of faithful waifu.
Instock at Jlist for 14 USD.

 title=

And a look inside Nyan Type - anime stuff including a Strike Witches manga.
Instock at JList for 12.80 USD.

Do you own dakimakura hasubando or waifu?

I have 3 dakimakuras so far. Marisa (Touhou), Maria (Hayate no Gotoku), and Golden Darkness (Yami-chan, To Love Ru). I am told by my brother that Yami-chan is the softest (he bought one too XD).

Haven't bought a Dengeki Hime before but I am a fan of Megami and Nyan Type. Maybe I'll check it out sometime.

Other than J-List (Which sold out fast) check your local anime emporium and if your lucky they have a subscribtion and managed to snag a couple.
(I bought mine last night and this morning they were allll~ gone.)

Thanks for the reply man. Actually I was looking for it in local bookstores which didn't have it. Went to akiba and gamers had a stack in the first and one of the other floors and asobit city also had some still.

Having one dakimakura is clearly enough for me. I'm certain this issue will be at my local Kino store soon and while I am tempted, I got to know when to resist. lol

I have 14 dakimakura covers so far. Two of those came as a 'free' gift with a magazine, (one from a Dengeki Moeoh magazine and one from a G's Festival magazine). Honestly said those 'free' dakimakura from a magazine have a really bad quality imo. The printing itself is good, but the material is low grade and doesn't have a very smooth feeling when hugging/sleeping with the pillow. There's the stitching too. The stitches don't look solid enough for regular use with a pillow and they might risk getting some damage over time.

Funny because I was just watching the series. ^_^ Would love a dakimura of Haruka, preferably dressed though.

I want to buy a dakimakura but because of two reasons I'm unable to.
    1. My job hunting hasn't payed of since I moved.
    2. I wouldn't hear the end of it if I did. =/

Oh here we go... last time you blogged about Haruka Nogizaka was the mousepad and everyone and their mothers and sisters got one as well. I wonder how many people will get this one XD

Dengeki should pay you for advertising their product XD

I'd love to have one but I still live at my parents' house. I don't know how they would react and I would kind of feel embarrased...
