Have you been waiting for some live action Macross? Well wait no longer.

Fever Macross is a new series of Pachinko machines which should be out in the parlors now. They got a cool set of live action TV commercials too.

The official website is interesting too. When the page finishes loading, you can tilt the joystick at the bottom of the screen.

My fave Macross girls are Minmay and Misa although choosing between the two is tough ^^;
Misa below...

And Minmay below.

    About that......

this is definitely a good thing.. unfortunately you got harmony gold who would probably go all out to stop this from being brought to us or they want a high percentage of takings. theyre total bastards for not letting macross fans like ourselves to enjoy stuff like this. this why you dont see other macross series other then macross plus outside of japan in english format.

plus, they are trying to bring out their robotech live action film having tobey maguire as rick hunter and producer of this film. if theres a live action macross film, i would happily watch it within a heartbeat

Misa was always the best in my book. Minmei...Once she started hooking up with her cousin, I lost interest. The period I liked her was just the first two episodes she appears in. (2-3)
Ranka...A little tough to accept, but shes alright, Notably because of Filipino/Japanese Megumi Nakajima.
And Sheryl? Shes fine, Shes a favorite, But she doesnt trump Misa.

Only watched the classic show but not the more recent one. It will probably be the opposite here so it will only be natural if Sheryl the singing phenomena wins the votes.

I like Mylene. Mylene's cool. I think Mylene's not mentioned because "7" got no love.

If the actors and actresses are properly chosen, and if the project is taken seriously and the advices of die-hard fans are heeded Macross would be a success like Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and Ironman. I like the Japanese girl in the commercial.

    Nice commercials.

Don´t know which my favorite macross girl is from those. But I have to give me vote to Misa. First tsundere girl of the bunch and I just found how she developed during the series is wonderful so.

I have to give her my vote.

When I was watching the original series, it was Misa by far. But when I saw the movie, I liked Minmay way better. Also especially because of Macross Flashback OVA.

Yet ANOTHER reason Japan is better than the US. Vegas commercials are stupid. Japanese gambling commercials have giant robots. Win.

You forgot about Sharon Apple and Myung from Macross Plus!! It would be cool to see a real live action Macross movie, but I have a fear that if a American studio does it they will half-ass it and ruin the serious; Like Transformers.
