Figure Cases
Worried about your figma's getting dusty or being crawled over by cuddly juicy cockroaches in the night?
Well worry no more because the Clear Case Units should be up for pre-order at your fave online store.

Cases will cost 780 yen each and be available this December.

Rack em and stack em. Would probably look good with a load of these stacked and some lights shining on them from different angles.

Wow, those would give me a reason to put my figmas on my computer desk instead of leaving them in my cabinets.

Heck, these would give me a reason to buy figures in the first place!
Although I like the appearances of figures and such, I dreaded cleaning them all of the time so I held off on buying some.
How often do you guys clean your figures?
Student, ...someday...zzz
Problem with it is the fingerprints you might leave on the plastic. Or you can go and get a pair of gloves then set up your figures.
Mirai Bustaaaaaaa!!!
Still need to shield them from direct sunlight radiation :P.
Otherwise you need an whole lot of them if you want to put them in one by one :P

Yeah! That's the first thing I really noticed about them that I liked. You can stack them. It's just like a really, really easy version of Tetris.

Detolf would be the better choice, but you may need to mod it with extra tiers and probably seal the glass door from dust

Dang! Should have bought a whole bunch of di:stages instead of just one... They're now way better than Bandai's Tamashii Stage stands.

Ooh those cases look really nice! I only have nendos right now however, and I rather have them on my desk so I can change parts and play with them^^

Mmm... interesting. Maybe we can use a bigger case to protect this Clear Case Unit. And a bigger one to protect the second protection case, and....

Ppersonally I wouldn't display figmas like that, they are versatile so I always change their pose, this kind of cases would be better if one were to display something like dioramas.
College Student
I don't think I need one of those. Like to play with my figmas a lot, so it'll really troublesome for me to take it out of the case every time I want to change their pose.
Otaku ^^
I don't think that this case type will keep 100% dust free from the environment. As long there are a small gap between the plastic walls, dust sure will enter them no matter what.

it's nice to stack upwards... but too bad it wastes a lot of room if you plan to put them side by side.

So they are not totally sealed? I think the dust could still infiltrate through the slight cracks in the edges. Plus just how sturdy are they? Do you run a bead of glue along the edges once you have them assembled? (Not the base of course, you couldn't open it if you did that)

*sigh* if only it was big enough to handle some of the larger figures... But being able to stack my figmas on top of eachother would be a very good space saver...

Are these just for figmas? Wish they'd make ones that are a little bit bigger that would fit those 1/8 or 1/7 scale figures. Like those for the Shuraki Trinity figures and the likes. they're quite big in width. It'd be great if there were cases like these sold for those. Maybe u can pitch this one to the goodsmile guys danny :D
University Student
should be interesting to try out... hope it's not a "one size fit all" concept... that would go really wrong really quickly
Student
nice idea, but it will be better if one side is tinted to protect figma from deadly ray and able to reflect the figma's back.

I wonder if they could make a custom-able clear case for different size of figures...
Seeker
or just make different sizes
I only have 5 figures so far... and as far as I can tell.... two of them would not fit

Who are the figures in the cases?

Looks like you can use them for any action figures. I guess I found a suitable storage for my revoltechs and GN-DOU's.
