This figure is one of those exclusive magazine orders that you can get through the October and November issue of Hobby Japan.
Will be due out in Jan 2010 and retails for 6800 yen.
For folks who dont know much about Dizzy, you can see her in action at moe.imouto.
Hobby Japan are working with Kotobukiya on this one which is good news *grins* ^^;
