Thats making me hungry

But are all cup of soups just to salty?

I am starting to take alot of notice of the ingregients on packages foods and some just have WAY to much salt.
So you think its healthy becuase of 99% fat, but still kills you!!

  Wel, what I do is we take out the overly salted vegetable bits that were preserved and then pour out most of the powder and then water it down. Even so, it is still unhealthy so I only eat it on trips just in case there's no suitable food.

As much as I like noodles, I have to agree with Paws. These days, packaged noodles and other foods are packed to the brim with salt. Makes me scared of eating packaged foods these days.

Hmm. Cup noodles, or Erika? What would give me a heart attack quicker? Probably Erika. The cup can be watered down appropriately after microwaving to reduce the sodium concentration. :-)
