Nishimata Aoi

I love purin because its puri puri and tastes lovely. But now it tastes even better because its been given the Moefication treatment by illustrator Nishimata Aoi sensei.

There are two sets of this Moe Purin available - one that comes with a mouse pad at 3200 yen and one without at 2300 yen - available online at Seikado.

Unlike the standard Purin however, you can spread this one on bread or other parts of your body. They've also made it so that you can store the purin for 180 days at room temperature - standard Purin goes all moldy and starts to talk to you after a few days.

Moe! Any takers?

The problem with moe-tization of food is that it makes me question weather the company focused more on the quality of the food itself, or marketing.
