Top Wo Nerae 2 Nono

You may recognize this cutie as Nono from Top Wo Nerae2. But unlike the fully painted figures that I babble on about once in a while, this figure is one of those resin kits which you have to *paint yourself*. I am not sure I have it in me to do the paint work involved whilst maintaining the original cute looks - with my shoddy hand, this Nono would probably end up looking like Golem or something.
But! All hope is not lost - I can still get hold of one fully painted - This figure in particular was sculpted, modified ( he made her chest larger for some reason - not complaining though) and painted by Atomic Bom. This figure of Nono was sold at the Wonder Festival 2005 and unless you got a kit at the time, the only way to get hold of one now is to look around the auction sites. You will be able to find the kit-in-the-box sets for about 11,000 yen and you may occasionally stumble across fully assembled and painted kits like this one for a cool 20,000 yen (200 USD).
While I am here, I have some more Top Wo Nerae 2 news - the 4th DVD in the series is out this Friday and there will be a launch event at the main store in Akihabara Gamers this Saturday from 12:00 - 13:30. No details of the event but Nono may even turn up herself (not) ...
