This 1/4 scale figure is costs 30,450 yen and is from Daiki Kougyo so its kinda meh but is interesting to see that it lights up. Maybe we will see more figures that light up or perhaps move? Figures with big eyes jumping up n down for example.
More pics at Akiba Hobby.

The character is from H-anime Daiakuji. But in that anime, she is big as Ultraman, and not wearing pantsu. Wonder if the figure follow that too...

If you look at the rest of the pictures over on Akiba Hobby she's certainly not wearing underwear, though there's something going on down there.

I sorta want this figure myself, regardless of not having seen the work it's associated with. The outfit and the whole glowing thing is just cool.

That's Seyadatara, I think, from an Alice Soft game, most likely Daiakuji but I heard one of the Rance games. Not the first model of her, a different sculpt was released as a kit some years ago. The headgear lights up with the aid of built in bulbs in at least one version of the figure. This sculpt looks like the one by Vispo. She is quite yumsome.

Figures and lighting. Very tricky. I've contemplated trying to make mine light up. LEDs could work, but not really. I wonder about EL sheet but that is costly. Anime physics in real world physics (at small scale) is tough to recreate.
