Progress on the relaunch of figure.fm. A bit behind schedule and have a few issues to sort out but should be up by next week.
Below is a screenshot of the top page. Currently showing data being pulled using FeedFusion. You will be able to keep up with the latest figure posts and releases by month. More tweaks to the top page are needed before launch.

You will be able to manage and search your items very similar to the way you manage your current stuff on your wordpress or other blogging platform.

Mirai Gaia deals with the rotation, resizing and watermarking automatically. You will be able to upload multiple images per post and drag n drop to re-order. You can add descriptions for each image and will be able to designate spaces on your photos for notes too.
Members will be able to upload just by attaching photos to an email too.

And yes - you get this for Member Stuff too ^o^

Will be launching many community sites throughout the Summer - some multi-lingual and some Japanese only. Some of my clients will be opening up the community features too.

Mirai Gaia is:-
Syndicated - pulls and pushes feeds back and forth from social web services.
Publication - blog and content publishing.
E-commerce - Allows clients to sell services and goods - physical and digital downloads.
Market Place - Allows users to buy and sell online.
Multi-lingual - Launch multi-lingual sites with ease.
Community - Favorites, friends lists, messaging.

If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

If you don't have much time now, maybe subscribe to the RSS Feed, Twitter Feed or join the other readers in the FaceBook Page.
Alternatively, you may want to read more about the site.
If you are a regular reader then this message will probably annoy you each time - hide it forever.

This item was posted in the Figures category. You can see more of everything else or subscribe via RSS instead.

Is there a limit to the number of images per post? This looks very spiffy. Are the designating notes on the image sort of like Facebook's image tags? Anyways, the new figure fm looks nice!

Awesome stuff. Third daughter spotted! <3

I don't use figure.fm, but the multiple image member news sure is interesting. But I hope this does not stop the single image posts. (e.g. Chibi Miku, Tuesday Nekomimi.. ^^) Also, if long member news starts to pop up.. I wonder if I have the time to catch up~

From a potentially customer's perspective; is the Mirai Gaia's features built as modules so I could choose which features to pay for? Or do I need to buy the whole platform package? And where do I get price information? :)
