20090511 Giveaway Update
An update on the 20090511 Giveaway where the person with the most bodacious desk is going to win 150 USD worth of *anything* they want from J-list.
So far we've got 125 stunning desks and a painful task awaits me from having to chose just one - that was until I had a chat with Peter the CEO of J-list last night.
Peter has kindly agreed to give 5 runnerups 20 USD each to spend on anything they want on J-list.
Will announce the winners in a few days but a few things before then:-
-If your entry is not tagged 20090511giveaway then you will not be considered for this giveaway as I cant go hunting for your submissions.
-I will be uploading your entry to my Flickr pool - if you do not want me to then please remove your entry from the giveaway submissions.
-If possible, watermark your photo with a url that you want to be credited for (and dannychoo.com Nick Name. Don't stick the watermark in the middle of the photo though - somewhere at the top of bottom. Does not matter if you cant do this but just like last time, your desk photos are likely to go around the Japanese internets.
One more thing - if there is a desk that you strongly feel should win then post the link to the entry in the comments.

Kinda cliche to vote for yourself but I honestly didn't feel impressed by any other desk but my own and two others(tons of messy desks out there ^^). There's is the question of where you're going to put any new stuff. :P
I think you need a zero gravity room where everything floats around.
You wouldn't need shelves and you could pack more in.
However you promote your stuff well on your blog so that's another big plus.
Request - Aya, please can you post the dimensions of a dollfie's head.
Height, width, depth, width of neck opening, and any other details.
How does the hair attach to the head?
How do the eyes fit in the head?
I want to model a few heads and then make resin casts.
If you post the details I'll send you a finished resin head.

I'd like to win, of course! Mine is unaltered from how I usually use it, except for a bit of tidying up. I even hoovered! So didn't load up with figures from my display cases or other shelves in the house... unlike some of those other entries ;)

I love both of these too but the only problem is some of the nicer desk posts seem to have pretty much everything already and don't seem to need the prize as much as a lot of other people do. Wish I had chance to participate too lol.
