For those who need motivational help with exercising - the Anime training DVD is out - all 6 mins of it available at Amazon for 2,100 yen.
I don't exercise as much as I use to but am grateful for living in a house with three floors - running up n down the stairs is my daily do for now. Do have the back streches in every night daily though.
