Members of AKB48 battle it out by cosplaying and gesturing to make the judges melt and go "moe." Each contestant has to make 4 out of the 5 judges give in to their cuteness.

Found on YouTube the other day. I am not sure what the name of the show is, but I know that I like it.
Game show featuring the Japanese idol group AKB48.
Japanese idols compete for 10,000 yen by trying to "excite" all five judges. If one or more judges are not excited, they go through a punishment game with the resident perv Ijiri Okada.
My favorite is the doctor!
