Looks like some folks cant distinguish the difference between a drive-in and a convenience store...

Ironically, Danny, I think there is one in my neck of the woods. Never went there myself, but there is a little shop that supposedly does a mini drive-thru convenience store bit.

Myself, however, now miss this one commercial that had shown a car driving into what (if I am correct here) I do recall being a deli. X3

Hm I was a Mexico a couple years back on vacation and saw a drive in convince store in Aguascalientes(hot waters?) It was basically a dome shaped building with a street going through it and the items on shelves on either side. I almost crashed into too ^^; Yay for emergency brakes.

How about a little carbon monoxide with your order? I used to have to take my BMX bike into stores with me back in the 1970s. My Mongoose BMX bikes, chrome version, team version, would vanish fast if left out front and places never had places to lock them up with chains. But I never rode it, usually carried it.

only in Japan will this happen with no dire consequences...

In US, its easy to see people plow into convenience stores with cars.... drunk or sober...

Lucky the guy tried this with his bike and not a car ;p. Shopkeeper doesn't look to happy wither though. Anways, in the US, if this were to happen, somebody would be behind the wheel of a car and be drunk when they did it or very sleepy.

When I lived in Michigan it was common to find drive in liquor stores, one was pretty close to the university of Michigan and it was set up this way because land is at a premium in the town.

Another was a few miles from where I lived for a while and even though it had a huge parking lot you could still drive through.

I'm not sure what the idea was that brought it about whether it came around because of the harsh Michigan winters or because people are lazy or both but both places have been in business for decades.

Got plenty of drive-thru convenience stores around these parts.. Quite handy they can be.

Now A friend and I hold the most times through a drive thru window at a fast place on horseback record at least in this neck of the woods.

I think it would take longer than just getting off it and parking because it would be hard to walk while on your bike.

That store employees should be relieved with the fact that it would be impossible for a truck to do the same.

I hear they have drive-through liquor stores in some parts of the Southern US. I think it's more like a McDonald's drive through than like this place though.

I can't imagine why would anyone brought their motorcycle inside a convenience store...

maybe the conversation would go like this:
shopkeeper : "WHOA! What the hell?! No motorcycles allowed!"
the guy : "Please! I'm really in a hurry and it's a matter of life and death!"
shopkeeper : "What do you want?"
