So you've seen the inside of high schools in Anime but what does one look like on the inside of a real 3D one?
Akita Tom takes a look in the clip below. Starts with a few slides and then goes into video. Sweet girl alert.

A high school girl that I know is going to graduate this year and I was talking to her the other day about the rules and regulations they had at school. One of the regulations was that the girls were not allowed to wear their school uniform into a restaurant - one of the reasons being that perverts lurk here n there.
There would also be some announcements from time to time at school like "there is a suspicious man by the school gates. Please go home directly after school."
Am actually meeting her tonight and will ask if she would do an interview in uniform ^^;
Shes quite sweet too.

The girls don't cover their mouths when they laugh anymore. Times change. :) It used to be considered polite, but I like both. The laugh behind the hand was demure. The open laugh is more like I'm used to though so feels more "normal".

Hmmmm...that regulation may be a bit strict.

I remember back in high school, a private one so uniforms were standard...and made the girls quite cuter, they didn't really impose any regulations or restrictions on student activities once school session ended. Of course, that's all aside any illegal activity.

During this one widespread incident where a pair of murderers were on the loose they sternly advised all students to not take any detours while going home. They had teachers escort students to certain places once school was over.

Other than that, it's all freebie at the bell ring.

This video can't be real! No girl in the class had Antenna hair or cat ears, let alone they didn't have green or blue or pink hair and no one had a tiny floating friend with wings next to them all the time! That cannot be a Japanese HS. . . . .

akitatom is an ex-exchange student who basically left his school because he had a bit of trouble with his homestay folks. The schoolblog vids he made were of his time at the school in Akita before he left. His later vids are of his time in nagoya with his mysterious female companion (is she his girlfriend? is she his wife? is she his evil twin sister? is he her slave?).

One of the biggest mysteries right now is how he is managing to stay in Japan now that his student visa has logically expired. Is he on a spouse visa? Did he get some kind of job that provided him with a work visa? All very strange and he never answers these questions either as far as i know.

Can someone help me out on this one? :P I'd really like to know what the hell is allowing him to stay in Japan.

wow...i attend private Catholic high school in the US, and this seems a LOT like my classrooms!
a little bigger, though...there was a fair amount of students there. our classes only have 10-15 students a piece. XD

...anyway, the uniforms are nearly the same, except the girls don't wear a tie of any sort. which is unfortunate; i think they're really cute! i would kind of like to try it, but you never see girls wear ties around here unless they're trying to be "punk." LOL

lots of people say that they don't like the uniform, but i do (i think it's cute!)...would you like to wear a uniform to school? maybe it's just me...

Wow, that whas cool. I'd have loved to be in a Japanese school, all with uniforms (even teachers), all clean (amazing the we-all-clean-the-classroom at the end, and they moved all in line, like robots) and nice. They sure give great importance to education in Japan (unlike here, that they have the teachers starving and making stops, no materials, no seats, ceilings falling down in most schools, bleh...).

And I in particular love the male buttoned suit, I wish I'd wear one...

There were cute girls in his class indeed (2:25 FTW), but also scary ones (like the slow-motion one xDD), but funny :P

In a high school here, they are not allowed to wear their uniform outside school, not because of perverts, but more of some of the students do stupid things in it and causes the reputation of the school to decline.

The first thing I noticed was how loud it was even though the sensai was in the room. At my high school, everybody gets quiet when the teacher comes in. OMG that girl at the 2-3 minute mark was so kawaii!!! I can understand why she was a little suspicious of the camera guy. I did not know that girls weren't allowed to wear there uniforms in public restaurants. i think that is a very smart idea seeing how kawaii it is and how it might trigger.... something... lurking... inside.... **nosebleed** LMFAO

Looks pretty standard to me. Japanese school are more set to learning and less to all the major sporting team.

The worst thing about watching this video is that I remember visiting a Japanese middle school when I went there for a homestay...

And all of a sudden now I'm in college. WHY DID I MISS OUT ON GLORIOUS HIGH SCHOOL?!
