Preparing to leave for din dins at the German Embassy in Tokyo located in Hiro. Will be going with comrades at CScout Japan.
I took Nendoroids for when I had lunch with the British Ambassador to Japan. Wondering what I should take this time - some cast off figures?

If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

hey Danny, have a nice STRUDEL! ^_^

    From Wikipedia:

A strudel is a type of sweet layered pastry with a filling inside, that became well known and gained popularity in the 18th century through the Habsburg Empire.

Strudel is most often associated with the Austrian cuisine, but is also a traditional pastry in the whole area formerly belonging to the Austro-Hungarian empire.

The oldest Strudel recipe is from 1696, a handwritten recipe at the Viennese City Library, Wiener Stadtbibliothek[1] . The pastry has its origins in the similar Byzantine Empire or Middle Eastern pastries (see baklava and Turkish cuisine),[2], thus it is even related to the Balkan burek pastry.

I personally think Danny should only present nendo gifts but should not take any "extra" figs to a lunch at an embassy. Does it not a little embarrassing at times to bring out a little toy or doll like figure (even if it is a figma) to pose beside your meal when taking pictures?

All the while the embassy staff must be getting the wrong idea......
