Japanese Girls Bedroom

I'm very very serious about this: I love akiba, but I would never go to a place like "girls bedroom"...
Private dances are way more fun, and the girls really touch you, get to kiss them, and way more ^^ (I don't want to sound a pervert, but I'm mexican, so what can I do xD)

Well this is certainly interesting...

I can't imagine paying money to do this, I think it's better to actually get a girlfriend...then again when you think about how much a girlfriend costs, this isn't so bad after all! :P

Interesting, bet it's ever more expensive than a Maid Cafe though... and they're expensive enough from what I've heard :P

I'd much rather get food with my cute girls than have to bring it. ^^

I could imagine masochists paying for binta (slap in the face), some people like tough love. Waste of good money if you ask me. This thing kind of reminds me of Geisha...you go in there not necessarily to have sex but to be entertained. Its like exactly how a geisha would entertain men with poetry, playing a shamisen, casual conversation about the weather, etc. Now replace the kimono w/ pyjamas; ditch the shamisen for a Wiimote; and instead of remarking to the geiko about how beautiful the cherry blossoms are, tell the gyaru about how awesome the latest episode of .

Bed-less bedroom is not a bedroom >_<

As always, there is the issue of time and differential prices depending on the service offered, but the latter are not even interesting.

Let's take for example:
- You can't touch them but sure they can slap you silly for a crazy price.
- If you are a Janken Master and beat them at it, you can't even tease them. That's bitter victory for you.
- They stir you up with romantic manga, but you sure must stay at a distance and refrain from thinking that love will blossom between you and her.

Guess that if you're looking for true love, this surely is not the place to be. ^^
And please don't tell me there are surveillance cameras installed. That would take the cake. ^^;

You pay money to wear the girls costume. That is soooo screwed up. It's a weird place. I know a friend that would love this. I wouldn't. I would perfer a regular maid cafe.

The only scenario where the slap in the face would be a good thing, would be if it was in public, with lots of cute girls there, and then the girl slapped you in the face and said something to the effect of you being the best lover and she was pissed off with you for breaking up with her. Not that I've thought much about it.

Is it odd to have the hobby of otakudom, collecting figures of bishoujo and such, and also have quite a few pretty "3D" female friends and the occasional girlfriend? A lot of the surveys and articles and comments allude to a (not meaning to sound insulting at all mind you) singleness and not really associating with females in real life and such. I love just about anything in the realm of otakudom, and I also happen to be friends with more gals than guys (and yes I'm heterosexual =P ). Unless some or all of this is facetious....
