same here, i usually get sick twice a year - when the weather changes.

I seem to get migraines when weather temperature changes, and occasional bad cough or flu like symptoms. But rarely have fever this high I think ^^; Feel better soonest!!

I get sick really randomly and I don't go to the doctors lol. I just rely on readily available drugs, like Cold FX. It's supposed to prevent cold symptoms and such. If I do get sick, I rely on Buckley's a really powerful cough syrup. Though I drank it so much that I'm immune to its effects now ^^;

OMG 39 degrees that's horrible!! T__T

We have tons of traditional mercury-shaking thermometers and they only go to 42 degrees which I have always associated as being dead xDD since that's how high my thermometer goes. Ehehe Get better Danny!!! We'll be waiting for ya here. ^^

I rarely get fever but 2-3x a year having heavy colds.

I've never kept track but apparently I get sick every year. My family says its due to my lack of exercise and weak body. As a result, they're forcing me to take vitamin C pill. Why can't I just drink a lot of orange juice...?

Holy crap, I remember when I had temperature that high I almost fell into a coma.

Sickness occurs to me every year. But it's usually a cold with an extremely bad cough. Good thing is that I had the cold really early this year (technically last year), so I don't think I'll be sick for the remainder of the school term.

I always get sick in the beginning of the year. Coughing, coughing and coughing. Then later fever etc all came along.

I'm starting to think I'm weird. I haven't been sick for six years. I blame it on my messy life-style and the fact that I don't take any sort of medicine unless its absolutely necessary and usually as a last resort.

Just a few day ago I caught a cold and now I was all better :D What I did is take the medicine, drink lots and lots of water and rest.

Heh, there is a real epidemic of nasty flu ravaging Europe right now, and it came to Poland too, hospitals are full of sick people, especially children wards are overcrowded. I hope you will get well soon Danny.

hahaha... 39.2 C, still far from beating my sister's record... She once had a fever as high as 42 C, and the thermometer is actually still rising, but my dad immediately dispose the thermometer, carry her to car and sped up to the hospital... lolol, yeah i know it's not that funny... 42++ C is a really bad fever, and actually she did lost consciousness a few times on the way and at the hospital....

And don't think anything weird! She is my real sister, connected by blood, and i didn't do anything weird/wrong when she had the fever... >x<

Though it is the flu season, many people here are sick as well and I myself was pretty ill from cold/flu for a good two weeks long just barely over a week ago. Took some time to get better too, but that's probably because I didn't rest and just went to work like always, even with fever. ^^;;

I think I've been sorta lucky in that I haven't gotten any major sickness lately. Maybe last time was a few years ago. It just seems like the ones I do get is halfway. Like I'm getting sick and feel minor symptoms, but not full blown sick...*knocks on wood*
