2nd i don't find any dakimakura i really want, i want them all!!! >_<
3rd i haven't learn how to import things from japan, haven't get credit card yet

I have a dakimakura. Buying them can be tricky, looking around online is a necessity.

I have one, bought it at a convention. Sadly, it's a weird size case, so I ended up buying a haruhi dakimakura to fill in my dakimakura case. Now if I can just make a pillow.

I do not, although I do think they are amusing. :) If I come by the right one I might cave in and get it, but I mean it would really have to be the right one.

Would really love a T2 designed Dakimakura, but I wouldn't be able to look my family in the eye again without turning red in in the face.

Plan to get one, but wayyy too expensive at the moment.

But for now, I own no dakimakura.... Well, I am planning to buy the next Dengeki G's Festival that hopefully feature Flyable Hearts... and hopefully a dakimakura as bonus.. IF IT EVER RELEASED... They haven't say anything about it yet.. but i think an eroge at Flyable Heart calibre deserve a Dengeki G's Festival and a freebie Dakimakura to go with it.. lol.

I will someday, hopefully, buy a real dakimakura, not just freebie, but the ridiculously expensive one, And if i do, I'm looking for a real cute one, ecchiness is taken as bonus.

For some reason I felt embarrassed seeing all of those.

i have one... and i hang it up on my wall rather than put it on my bed as a dakimakura. i use it like a poster. i'm pretty sure no one will object to it, if it's on a wall or used as some sort of tapestry. i will never put a pillow in it, because i find that kind of sad. i like the art, though (of yakumo from School Rumble).

those sex dakimakura is kind of sad, because they charge so much for just a heat print.

Not me ^^; Too much for my family members. I wonder how would they react if they see a dakimakura delivered to doorsteps when my parents can't even tolerate ecchi images.

I have 2 dakimakura currently both bought from Hobby Search. I prefer to go ecchi because its more bang for the buck type of thing. I find EBay to be not reliable because a lot of dakimakura posted is not official in that its the customizable ones where you give an image to someone and they will make one for you.
In order to get those truly limited ones, you have to do some online searching into japanese websites and you need a credit card and a Japanese proxy buyer.

An example would be http://charatweb.com/menu.html where they have some really cool limited runs that are mail order in Japan only. If anyone else knows another cool site selling dakimakura, please tell me.

As I said from the last dakimakura post, I own the Kanu Unchou Dakimakura that I got from Jlist. I'd rather go ecchi because I'd have something to look at every now and then instead of some cute looking one that will eventually bore me out ^^; only problem is getting the long pillow for it since I only received the cover -.-
My girl has no problem with it. In fact. She never mentioned it O_o

sadly the price wasn't that friendly to my wallet.............

moreover, I can only hug 2 at once, otherwise there's no more space on my bed..........

^^ i must be a real otaku cause i made my own well only 1 though lol and it came out extremely good too ^^ i used a special sowing machine it's coast was around 5,000 but i didn't buy it the school did lol i made mine in school too lol...i was the only one to have an anime character on mine lol...spent about 3 weeks making it though sense it was a class project lol ^^ it was fun ^^

We don't have dakimakura pillows in Brazil... and I guess it would be kinda expensive to custom make it.

Hi everyone. My first comment here, but have been looking around for a while now. Since this post covers goods I really like I wanted to share what I have. But I don't have any pictures atm.

I currently have 6 (2 from Axia and 4 from Cospa)
With some luck I'll have 2 more arriving in the mail tomorrow (both C75 releases from Xuse)

I hope my collection will keep on growing

btw, that Kanon dakimakura in the opening image is actually a bed sheet (I happen to have that too (it was released together with a telephone card))

I own nonez. Seems Tenrou and I have the same mind set. Dakimakura in the future. Not too sure when though.

Funny thing is... my miss luves putting tonnes of pillows on the bed. However, if I put one of these on the bed, I guarantee I'll be sleeping in the doghouse instead.

daikimakura's are too expensive, only got one bed sheet because it came with the dengeki fes mag.

I got few Dakimakura, but it was a free gift from the magazine G's Festival.

Some of those are actually bedsheets and towels, and not dakimakura covers. (...How do I know this!?)

I want to draw and make my own mini-dakimakura someday, just for fun.

I don't currently own one but I saw some mini one for normal sized pillows at a cheaper price might get one of those.XD

Future dakimakura owners remember that they are huge! There's a reason why they're expensive. Very good fabric. Two of mine are on that pic... Umm... I mean... Dakimakura? What's that? >.>

I own 3 at the moment - Louise from Zero no Tsukaima, Rin from Mnemosyne, Tamaki from Bamboo Blade and then two bedsheets of Erika Sendo from Fortune Arterial and Shinra from Kimiaru. Soon to be getting Chizuru from Kanokon (^o^)/ Wai! A girl can never have too many pillows and changes for Dakimakura ^_~

I own just one, a dakimakura of Kanu from Koihime Musou, which came with the latest issue of Dengeki G's Festival (which I bought purely for the Kanu dakimakura). It's a bit more ecchi than I would have prefered, but I really like her character so I had to get it! Have been tempted by other dakimakura in the past, but they're so expensive :< which is usually enough to make me think twice about whether I really need it or not.

But I never got one due to their significant price tag, the fact I don't really have any use for one, and also the social repercussions, DVD's and figures are still doable... but explaining a dakimakura, that's tougher. ^^;;
