Trailer for the up n coming Queens Blade anime. Appears to be nicely animated and the girls look gorgeous. Looks like the beginning of an action packed oppai and pantsu saga. Moeyo has more with additional pupils.

Was browsing Hongfire and stumbled upon this, seems like Queen's Blade has a trailer! The trailer looks like the old age with swords and magic fighting here and there type of anime, ecchi included. The anime reminds me of neo angelique abyss. Lol at Airi in the trailer. No Alice though =

That's my worry too - that it will distintegrate into pure fanservice with a sketchy plot to hold it up. My second worry is the potential censoring, considering how bad it sometimes gets these days.

I got Alice but i open it and realize it didnt had the base... i called and complained but was too late to shipped back cause i open it..the figure is in great conditions is just the base im missing.. :/ sucks...

I only buy figures based on characters I like and not based on sculpt. I only consider sculpt when deciding between the various figures of characters I like.
Unlike many of you guys, I don't really have enough cash to buy figures based on beauty. I'm the kind of fan that enjoys relating to the characters more than admiring them.

Oppai anime next year. Hope it's uncensored like Ikkitousen when it airs. Though when buying the dvd, the wallet busting extras will definately be worth it.
If they release an Airi, Nowa and Menace figure on the Revoltech Fraulein line, it's a sold! My fav girls on QB.

I remember being all psyched up when I started getting the figures and the artbooks, cause I was soo wanting an anime version. I hope it won't dissappoint. For the figures all I'm waiting for is Annerotte and Menas! Currently have Airi, Alice, Nanael and Nix ^^.
I recommend gettind the Alice artbook, if any of you are into artbooks. Very good looking pictires. ANd the Nix one has one of the prettiest looking faces I have seen. Eyes are a whole different subject =P.

Looks interesting. Let us hope animation and story are better than similar 'sexy girls fighting' series like "Ikki Tousen" (of which the animation quality and storytelling are not that stellar...).

I'm getting bored of the amount of fan service in anime of late. All they end up as is an endless series of ways to ripp girls' tops off leaving their ridiculously large chests to flap around. If I wanted to watch hentai, I'd just watch hentai. I watch regular anime for you know, stuff like stories, characters, and plot development.
It does however remind me of an extremely good fantasy anime from a year or so ago - Claymore. A superb show which everyone should watch. Better even than my current favourite - Casshern Sins.

The animation was good... I do think that the ecchi element were a little overboard... Instead of appreciating the battle sequence and storyline, I guess most of our attention will be on somewhere else.

The first response to this article pretty much summed it up; "It's going to be like Ikkitousen"
Unless Queens Blade pulls off a very good storyline. I've said this before but Ikkitousen Dragon Destiny had a really good storyline and the fighting was really serious. But then Great Guardians aired and it was Season 1 all over again with the meaningless fan service.
An Anime with so much fan service can only survive with a great storyline.
As for figures and merchandise, that's nice but the backbone of it all needs to be a success.
I won't make anymore assumptions, but that's the impression i'm getting after watching this preview. We'll just have to see what everyone thinks once the Anime airs.
