ShineNa Blog has the painted prototype figure of Chiari from Shining Wind up.

Looks lovely. I haven't been collecting Shining Wind figures but most of those by Kotobukiya has been of excellent quality.

Chiari your type of figure? Certainly for me, she might just be my first figure from the series.

  The difference though is that the Shining Wind girls are all different/new characters...well mostly lol. This new character doesn't even appear in the anime or ps2 games (as far as I know).

Nice looking figure. For some reason, it looks bigger than Kotobukiya's usual 1/8 scale, so I'm curious if it's just me or if it actually is bigger.
