Short Videos

A nominee for the YouTube Video Awards Japan 2008. Gets my vote. Over 400,000 views for 15 seconds. Beginning to think the shorter videos do better than the longer ones.
Another example of shorter videos doing well is when I took 18 seconds of footage after somebody jumped in the train tracks - 490,000 views. By the time I started to film, the person was already mopped off the tracks though so all you see are JR staff running around.
Just wondering, do you send videos to your comrades? If so which type of videos? Are they mostly short or long?
I'm guessing that when most people chance upon a long video, they are less likely to watch all of it than a short video.
