Many cool Gundam designs out there but have been wondering whether you would buy just the head? I personally prefer to have the whole body too. Would not mind having this though - especially if the cockpit opens to fit a figma ^^; This Nu Gundam head is quite cool too.

These Gundam heads spotted at the Sakuraya Hobby Kan in Shinjuku last Sunday-ish.

I've seen some really detailed ones that all open up like that NU GUNDAM one, they look brilliant.

Hmm but the head will be interesting if you combine it with miniatures human figures to create a diorama...
About fitting a figma into a mecha's cockpit, for Gundam, the 1/12 one should match the figma height. Cheaper alternative for 1/12 Gundam is 1/12 Votoms action figure http://www.hlj.com/product/YMT34430

I might. But I would also require a cardboard box, an open field that in the middle of nowhere, and a Gundam fan that will say "What is in the box?!" while another Gundam fan that dislikes these kind of items opens up the box and realize in horror what it is.

Because that would be my final and greatest plan and people would remember from that point on.

I think the most important part of the Gundam is the head. It tells the enemies the status of the Gundam. If it was a dorky square box...I think the enemies will laugh at you and use you as a shooting target (though it could be used as a strategy I suppose). I think as important as a unit is, the head should be the most important part. I wish you could have gundam models where you just build the head ^_^.

It's nice, but I'd rather have a cutie figure instead.

I agree with Danny, would like to have it with the body as well... If it could fit a Figma, that'd be cool!

But just the heaed, no way... Unless it's as big as my head and I could wear it... Then maybe...

Seems like such a pity to have just the head... :/

Hmmm... Ionno it kinda feels pointless to have just a head. I mean when I own a gundam I want to pose it and not just stare at it. Although it would be awesome if it was big enough to fit a figma. Now only if they made gundam pilot figmas...

I'm really thinking about getting the Victory Gundam Head (V2) as well as the Turn-A. Oh who am I kidding, if I had room I'd get them all!
