This gorgeous 1/7 scale of Max factory Mikuru should be up for preorder at your fave online retailer. Due out next April - more pics at GSC.
Tis one of the nicest figures of her I've seen.

The pose is possible if you're moving, to keep that leg and the body in that position in a static way is immpossible.

You're totally right, the angle is SOOOOO odd that seems like she's going to pop her hip out of the joint.

Maybe it's just me but her left leg looks like it's bowed so much that it's about to pop out of joint, too.

Everything from the waist up is very nice but, to me at least, it's a total and complete failure from the waist to feet. This totally sucks too because I really wanted to like this one.

I like Mikuru the most out of the SOS dan. This figure is no doubt very cute, but it still doesn't make the cut. As some other members have already mentioned, the figure's leg is twisted and it is a potential leaner. Also, is it just me or not, Mikuru's mouth seems to be too large. Unless you are a really big die hard fan and must have to collect all three of them, I would pass this one.

I'll give the manufacturer credit for keeping the figure as close to the illustration it's based from as possible. Both Mikuru and Haruhi from this set were almost dead on from the illustration(s), but Yuki is altered quite a bit.

I absolutely love both the colour and the style of her dress (very flower-like and adorable) as well as the tambourine, but Mikuru's expression seems very strange. As Judau Ashta pointed out, her mouth is too big and makes her face lose its appeal. This is one of my major complaints for quite a few of the Haruhi figures out there too. Along with the simplicity of Mikuru's hair, this figure just doesn't cut it. That's a judgement made even prior to the rest of you pointing out the awkwardness of her leg position! *Facepalm* I hadn't even noticed that before reading everyone's comments!

My credit card is screaming at me anyhow from all the figure purchases I've made in the past month (Merry Christmas to me!), but if I were to put my money towards a Mikuru figure, I'd go with the goth loli one (or opt for the Haruhi from this set instead).

Sadly, I've yet to see a Yuki figure fantastic enough to knock my socks off. *Sigh*

    =^_^=
