7pm in Tokyo - Shibuya

One really does feel in the jolly season at this time of year in Tokyo. Areas like Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku and Roppongi Hills are full of Christmas illuminations.
Back in London as a child, I remember Christmas being the illuminations in Regent Street. But as I got older, I noticed that they started to spend less and less on the Regent street Christmas decorations until they became a handful of sad shabby lights.
Does your region spend a decent amount of money on Christmas street decorations n lighting?
Ah, nearly forgot to mention, photos in the 7pm in Tokyo series are not necessarily taken at 7PM on the dot and may be a bit earlier or later ^^;
