2) Do not get busted getting these;
3) Do not wear them on your head Happosai-style;
4) If your girlfriend, wife, etc. does not want to wear them, you are screwed. If you don't have one, well, that is another question... But do not let a girl visiting your house get surprised in a bad way seeing them.
5) Do not tell me that if you are wishing to get those without paying or getting them as a gift, you're a pantsu thief.

Just asked. My wife wouldn't buy them / wear them. Not that she's opposed to wearing stuff like that...she actually has a pair with a bear's face (kuma-san!) on the butt much like what you see in a number of animes. And she owns a few pairs from Paul Frank with the monkey design on them which are similar in motif. She just thinks that those in the pictures don't look nice enough.

When I lived in Japan, I recall a guy in Tokyo got arrested for stealing womenz panties off of high rise clothes lines.
