This DX figure of Emi Kizaki from LineBarrels will be out next May by Banpresto. Looks she will be one of those prize figures that you get in a UFO catcher. More pics at GA Graphic.
Nice bod but something about the hair that looks odd. Dont think I've won anything decent in a UFO catcher before...

    I won a Tigger stuffed toy in Italy. That's about it. We don't call them UFO Catchers here, though. In fact, I don't think we even have an official name. People call them different things; "those arm machines", "grabby machines", "rip-off machines" etc.

    the only time i won a UFO catcher game was when i was in Japan last time - back in late 06

    it was a GIANT stuffed Stitch doll thing, like it was a good half a metre tall - the game was like 1200 yen a pop. I felt like a legend and some ppls started taking pictures of me with my winning - instant 20sec celebrity kinda thing.

    i've never won a game since

    Japan's UFO Catchers are so awesome and their prizes are really top quality... Wish I was there.

    Looks like the designer tried to incorporate elements of both the anime and the original manga design, and failed on both.

    It doesn't look like a Hisashi Hirai design (even though, in the anime, she most closely resembles his standard template) but it's not quite the manga design either.

    I used to work for a guy who had a UFO (claw) machine and he set it up in a VERY specific way. I only know this because I was tasked with restocking it on afternoon and when he arrived, I was immediately informed that I "didn't know what the $#$% I was doing" and cost him a "#$$%ing lot of money."

    I suspect his logic for this was the fact that it was almost empty 3 hours after I'd filled it and some kid was walking out with a grocery bag full of toys. ^_^;;
