I hardly visit places like this when I visit Japan, more busy visiting places like Comic Market, Akihabara and you get the idea @_@ I might have to mix and match next time I visit Japan, this place looks fabulous!
Otaroad is as awesome as Akihabara but Tokyo has 3 more favorite shopping spots for me so Tokyo > Osaka for me ^^; Funny they have pretty much similar store selections as Akihabara such as Tora no Ana, Mandarake, Melonbooks, K-Books and such lol.
