Last time I went to Korea was back in 2007. During the summer of 2007, I went to Korea and Japan back to back for about a month for each country and I honestly found Japan to be a bit more enjoyable even though I'm a Korean myself ^^;

Yup, Japanese market in my area were advertising Osechi for like $2-300 per set @_@ I was fortunate enough to be invited to my Japanese friend's house for New Year one day and had Osechi so I'm not too curious about it, thank goodness I saved money!
