You could do a live chat room or something; get all the members together for a Q & A session, throw in a few quizzes and prizes (etc). I'm sure everyone would love that!

It's a sad fact that so many of our interactions with other people are governed by our physical appearance. Fortunately a smile works wonders to make up for a less-than favourable facial appeal, and brings out confidence too. Smile and be happy. :)
