I tether my softbank android phone via usb and wifi. My monthly charges don't change either. All goes under my unlimited data plan. I heard that jailbroken iphones can tether without additional charges.
Not necessarily true Danny. I've went into a completely deserted restaurant while all the others had massive lines and I got amazing food and service. I think people line up just because others are lined up and they think that means it is good ^^

To this day the only anime that I prefer dubbed over subbed is Cowboy Bebop. All others I prefer subbed. It was the only time I felt the English VAs gave more life to the characters than their Japanese counterparts.
