Oh Danny, I so wanna work for you as I fit most of the criteria. But the only thing that's holding me back is the language *sigh* maybe sometimes in the future.

Far too many to name, I like how Japanese put 101% effort in everything they do even to the smallest detail. Which what makes Japanese culture the way it is today.
A lot of my favourite jpop songs are from the 80s. Also I listen to a lot of 80s J-metal like Loudness and Anthem. And not to forget the early stuff by X Japan.
I love the figures and toy stores in Japan, they're like heaven. Japan is indeed an amazing place for shopping, there so much stuff in so many varieties I've never seen in my life. Can't wait to go back.
