When I study at home I usually put on some good songs and lie on my bed, it works best for me.
I go fencing every monday, I jog at the weekend and I do funsports like skating or mountain biking if I get bored. I feel fit and I hope that I still have time for all this in the future :O
Punishment by teachers is forbidden since about 30 years now here. It's ok like that but some of the students around here really need a slap in the face, they're so disrespectful they shouldn't even be allowed to go to school...

I tried to get up and start the day with positive thoughts and it worked, I didn't feel like a wreck while I took the train to school and I started to feel a bit better in class too.
