Never actually seen someone walking a cat successfully, but I know a lot of homes in Japan are kinda small, so maybe this guy is just trying to get his cat more exercise than at home.
I think there is a forever 21 in every mall around here within driving distance. They are not as crowded as the one in the article, but I consider them crowded compared to the other stores in the mall. Usually have good prices too, so I like it.

Only thing broken is one of my kagami's hands. I think it wasn't manufactured right though. Oh well, at least there is 9 other hands that are fine! I'd be sad if her pigtails broke though, I don't have a replacement for that. Danny's kagami does...
