I think that they should have addressed the glitch sooner if so many people knew about it already, however the people exploiting it way before hand should have reported it instead of abusing it.

My local highways don't charge (minus a bridge, but that's a town over), however they are in pretty good condition. I guess it just varies from place to place.

I have one, bought it at a convention. Sadly, it's a weird size case, so I ended up buying a haruhi dakimakura to fill in my dakimakura case. Now if I can just make a pillow.
I'd like to see more CM use of Hatsune Miku, however I already use an instant messenger and if I can't communicate to the list I already built up over the years, then it's a no go for me.
