Technically it is called Spiny Lobster : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiny_lobster (in French we call it "langouste"). No big pinch unlike the American lobster.

I just noticed that you have also a copy of the Tim Ferriss best seller book. His ideas are not easy to apply but overall there's some good stuff in it (at least for self-kicking-ass : I mean be an actor of own life and not spectator! :)
I did exactly the same health check up two times...Barium is terrible (and the first time I thought they were talking about Valium!!!)...It's really painful few hours after.
And the hospital where I did it, looks very like a SF movie one...Felt in...
