These types of games will never get the English translation and sales in America. Just gotta suck it up and learn some Japanese if you want to play them.

Germany is definitel cool. I've only been to Berlin, but I had a great time. I usually do ok with Jetlag. My trick is that I don't sleep before I get on the plane but it seems that only works for Japan because the flight is so long.
In my old company, I went from an open layout to my own office. Having your own space is way better than a public layout because you need privacy for your daily routine.
