Nice find on the ELECOM equipment. I see the AC plug comes not only in L-shape but straight as well. http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B001QCXQWU/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&s=computers&psc=1 Could place power supplies vertically in a power strip or UPS.
This is nice. Max Factory has given us some really great figures as of late. I think I will pass on this one. I have other things I want to spend my money on right now.
Happy New Year everyone! I have a good feeling that 2012 is going to bring great things for everyone working towards their goals. I'm looking forward to the journey that ahead.
This post makes me miss the part near our house. http://g.co/maps/cdxye
Although we have no sports in our local part, it's a nice place to relax and enjoy nature. It must be a prerequisite for parks in Japan to have libraries and schools near them....
Prices are no different here in the Midwest. I have quit using travel agencies and started booking my own flights again. It cost me a little over 1100USD to flight from DTW to KIX at the end of May with Delta. I think it was around 1500USD with AN...
Danny, it the body made in Japan? How about glass? I have heard some negative reviews on the NEX regarding quality of built issues. Not sure if Sony corrected these or not. I know Sony has some nice equipment but I still don't trust them when it c...
I think any MBP would benefit from an SSD. I took a similar path to what Joseph did with his MBP and my old MBP 3,1 at 6GB performs quite well. Well not as fast at a MBAir but it is a great improvement.
Only normal to see kids react this way to something that is new to them. Give them a few years, show them how it works and their opinion will most likely be different.
Currently I'm using a late 2007 15 inch. MacBook Pro as my primary machine (6GB, 240GB SSD and a 7200RPM 500GB in the optical drive bay. Running OS X 10.7 and Windows 7 as bootcamp) Like you Danny, I keep my data on an 1TB USB/FireWire 400/800 drive...
That's me as well, learning on my own time from Google-sensei. I do often use a book as a primer. You can only learn so much in college and that is it. I guess I should step away from Objective-C for a while and focus on Ruby on Rails. @.@;
I like the shape of Saber's face. Everything else about a DD can be changed but the face shape. I'm having a really hard time finding one I like. Well, finding one I like that I can actually still buy.
I like very much. Thanks for the heads up on this one Danny, will look for it this summer. It is difficult to find manga here in my area. I don't really get the opportunity to use manga as learning material. No translated manga for me. I would r...
I agree with you Danny about Gunpla. I'm personally working on having more time. It might take me awhile to get started but I need something that pulls me completely away from everything else. It is the relaxation and pleasure I get in return that is...
World so called news media is out of control. At times CNN is reporting news that is days old, essentially calling TEPCO and the Japanese Government liars when it relates to the Fukushima facility and just plain stupidity.
It has become a real he...
Danny I'm beginning to think that is 5% for each of us. ^^; I know several couples that have had a very hard time having children. My wife and I would like one of each. I guess my mom has always been right, as long as they are healthy that is all...
I keep watching because she is so cute. It sounds as if she is singing her hiragana, so sweet. Danny, I really think Mirai-sensei should do Katakana next. Everyone should know Kana. Then she can do basic greetings in the third lesson. I think mo...
