When it comes down to loading a lot of photo it takes a while because I have very slow dsl, but it doesnt really matter cause I will just go walk around the house and come back to my computer. Also how many pictures do we submit for otacool 4?

You see the darnest license plate in the US. And for the state showing up on license plate. I believe people are either traveling from another state, or they bought their car that was previous owned in another state.
