I'm thinking they are more lenient than what the rules suggest but without these random ass pedo's would be going in and messing up the place and making it uncomfortable for quests and maids. Plus with rules they can throw anyone out for any reason^^...
Honestly I did enjoy the first season the most but still really enjoyed the second...endless eight and all :P I can't wait for this and hopefully we get a subbed version here...but I'll cross my fingers for a limited theatrical release!
