I'm Dutch and when I blog in Dutch I mostly keep those terminology the same as English. If it's needed, I give an explanation. That's how it usually goes.
I'll support you if you have any troubles. Although I do agree that Dutch is quite...unneeded, as most dutchmen can read English very well. Aside the fact that not really a lot of people in the Netherlands care about the real Japanese culture though....
As dirty as he said it, I have never experienced my hair being vacuumed, but I do know it's a usual routine of using the blow-dryer to dry your hair...Often the cut-off remains get blown away with it.
