Aside from the usual FPS, Skyrim is a good one, although not as good as the PC version. I'd personally get more with the arcade games, there are some quite awesome out there ^^.
Actually cow stomach or "pancita" as we call it here is a fairly common dish, mostly in a light-spicy tomato soup. And I would like to try those colorful dumplings, although I dunno about their content.
