I agree, if the paint on the joints matched the skin tone, it would look much better. It's not very noticeable when the arm is bent, but when the arm is straight, it's very obvious
They have the same thing here in the US at Wawa. The downside is that at the one close to my house, they frequently do not have enough food to fill the orders, and you find out after 5 minutes of waiting.

In general, I dislike leaving my stuff unattended, since America isn't exactly the best place to leave stuff lying around. However, in my high school cafeteria, we do have the practice of leaving our bags to claim our seat while we go buy lunch.
