Why do they always censor the figure's map of Tasmania, even though it's just flat with no detail? Or at least I can't tell because it's censored. In fact the only figures I've ever seen with full detail are quite disturbing, what with the dogs, the...
I agree with what I read on Koataku. She does indeed look like a 12 year old with a boob job. I like Faith the way she was made. The image in the post was a new one I had not seen and to be honest it looks slightly revolting.
I display my cast off figures in a random rotation. In other words, when I feel like taking off a skirt, I do it. I do not however display any of my figures that have nudity.
I would buy that figure, but it would cost me over $120AUD. I am getting Kotobukiya's Kokoro for Christmas and she costs $180AUD. Not bad for a figure that is only worth 8000 yen.
I hope that doesn't "come" with the figure. It certainly is a detailed one which I think is good for a 1/4 scale figure. Also the first figure that I've ever seen that had any detail in downstairs.
Everyone always seems to rag on Kotobukiya, but I can't see why. All my figures I have from them are painted nicely. Maybe I just got lucky. I think Max Factory have the best paint jobs and also the smoothest models.
I wish I knew someone that could make resin kits. Then I could get them to build and paint that Motoko statue and many other Love Hina kits, oh and Sailor Moon and maybe a nice statue from Full Metal Panic! I hate resin kits since all the ones I want...
I am sad. I really, really want that figure but I can't afford it since I'm saving for a new rig. Kokoro is my favorite DoA character. I really hope they make more games since they're in a spot of bother right now (or has that been sorted).
Paint peeling on some of the cheaper figures can also be a very bad problem. My Kaname BOME figure has flaky paint on her socks and I can't do anything about it :( . I've only managed to break one figure so far though and that was Chi who fell off th...
