A very neat thing with DD/MDD heads is that they are the same size and can be used on both types of bodies. You can easily turn a loli (mdd) into a sexy ..loli (with ddy body maybe) XD Plus, this gives you more choices when it comes to custom heads.

That is so true. What's more expensive is those custom limited heads! Like this custom Mirai head here, http://page7.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/g78768515. This looks just "average" in my opinion but still fetches 100k @_@
