Oh yeah, my parents got tired of my dozens of plastic models, and stepping on my Lego! I'll admit, that stepping on Lego is rather painful. As far as the woman in the story goes... that must be some good Manga!
I helped my wife move from Japan to the US. Does that count? I tell ya, it was much easier to move her than it would to move me! I've got way too much stuff (mostly toys/models/tools).
