Forever 21 in the North American market is very different. It is never as full as that tokyo location, and its like H&M but you will see far more kids than you will adults.

Toronto has had a terrible summer so far. We get one good day, and then 5 mild days, for July it being only 12C this morning was terrible. I want to visit Japan in August and just enjoy the heat.
