Not that great of a singer in my opinion. She never puts much in the way of emotions into the music, so it's really hard liking the music that she puts out. :P
Oh cool, so Kadokawa will be there. Interested in seeing whether anyone grills them about a certain Endless story arc that became the talk of the summer. We will have to see!
Well, this was the site that helped give me the boost and get me the readership that I finally do have so it's great to see that the process is continually evolving!
The Otaku Revolutionary Army supports these actions for the great motherland of Nippon! BANZAI!!! Remember, if you're not with them, you're a filthy 3D capitalist pig bent on subjugating the moe and exploiting the lolis through this unfair economic...
I can attest to having such a book and the illustrations are pretty sweet. Really love the graphs and charts and wish I could say more except that I can't really read what the text says.
Definitely not getting. It looks decent enough, but it doesn't have quite the eye-opening look of say... the Haruhi Band figurines or even the Saber Lily awesomeness for that matter.
Now that... that's getting up there in terms of ridiculousness. Guess this gives me an incentive to work my ass off until I can get a high(er) paying job to afford all that stuff without feeling guilty.
Oh SWEET! I've been waiting on this one since forever when I preordered it back in January. Glad all the kinks have been worked out and that I can look forward to it arriving at my doorstep really soon!
This might actually encourage me to get one, mostly because I still need to make the jump to the next generation of consoles. Of course, the lack of titles is still an issue since I don't play much beyond RPGs and the online play for fighting games...
Looks like the concerts will definitely be something to look for. Wish I had the time to be able to check it out since anime music is definitely my thing.
Definitely something to look forwards to, especially if it comes with a price drop because... let's face it, it's just too expensive for me to acquire right now. It'd be even better if the online system were improved somewhat, but that's something t...
Isn't there a new show coming out that's based on a character popularly found in Pachinko parlors? I'd like to check it out and see if that's going to be any good.
The Good Smile version wins by a huge amount. The only thing that's annoying though is that it won't come out until August. Guhhh, oh well, it's still worth it though because that thing looks positively awesome. Can't wait to receive it.
Registered readers requirement suggests something having to do with social networking, which would be super since it'll allow all of us to interface better with the entirety of the community at large. Even if it's not that, I'll be looking forwards t...
Sounds like a pretty fun event, though I do wonder what the point of an otaku encyclopedia would be since the easy solution to gaining that sort of knowledge is just to keep one's pulse close to the anime community by partaking in watching a variety...
I'll probably pass on this one given the fact that I've got the Good Smile Saber Lily variant which fulfills my Fate Stay Night quota. Still, it does look pretty good and I can't fault it there.
The good news is that my blog has become a decent platform for my opinions and getting some modicum of recognition has been really awesome. I'm not content to rest on my laurels though since my goal is to drive up recognition of the music side and I...
The thing to consider I think is whether there are long-term studies to show that graduating early leads to greater life success than those who started late. After all, how many child prodigies can be said to have become adult prodigies as well. My...
Enjoyable game that is fairly respectful as to the disabilities part of it. Got all of the girls' endings and I'm looking forwards to seeing how the full version is going to go.
I think that character type has been put around a lot. Though yeah, Yuki could easily double up for that character in C;H because of their similarities to each other.
Yeah, this movie comes highly recommended. There's just something about the movie that's really poignant and heartwarming that hearkens back to the glory days of silent films. Message is also very powerful and given the times, very relevant.
I highly recommend the anime if you've got a sense of humor that can appreciate absurdity, especially in the realms of social commentary. This is the anime equivalent of Johnathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels except it covers the life of a dysfunction...
I'd put down Ghost Hound for being a really big disappointment. A good buildup that just never quite materialized. Same goes for Shion no Ou, which had decent writing and a good mystery until the last episode pulled some illogical rationalizations...
Yeah, these are easily going on my list just because of how awesome they look. Time to make sure I actually have enough money to spend when preorder time rolls around.
Holy crap that's some pretty good stuff. Now to hope that the USD rises enough to make this sort of purchase affordable. I'm not one to collect too many figs, but this is just too awesome not to collect.
